Several gardens also have the “Jardin remarquable de France” certification label as well, such as the Japanese Garden and the Royal Garden, thanks to its many tree species.
Located near the Compans Caffarelli metro station, line B, the Japanese Garden is a peaceful haven for people who like to walk in a zen atmosphere. Created by Pierre Baudis, this garden is an authentic reproduction of a traditional Kyoto garden between the 14th and 16th centuries.
Toulouse offers the opportunity to visit 3 historical gardens, spread over 7 hectares, connected by footbridges, near the François Verdier or the Palais de justice metro stations, line B. The Grand Rond, Royal and Des Plantes gardens offer you to discover large green spaces, fountains, a carousel, a music stand and many other surprises.
